The AI Builder terms, in plain English.
This page sums up the main points so you can read them quickly. It is a summary. The legal terms still rule if the two ever say different things. Read the full Terms of Service.
What you pay and when
You pick Starter, Pro or Studio and pay every month or once a year. Starter is $59 a month or $590 a year. Pro is $189 a month or $1,790 a year. Studio is $539 a month or $4,790 a year. Hosting is included.
If your first site is not live yet, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, or once a site is live, payments are not refunded.
Credits
Your plan adds credits every month: 100 on Starter, 400 on Pro and 1,200 on Studio. Credits pay for the AI work. Changing words, photos and links by hand is free.
Credits you do not use end with the month. They do not roll over. If you need more, you can add 50 credits for $20.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to your site
If your plan ends, your site is paused. A new plan brings your paused sites back, up to the number of live sites that plan includes.
You can download your site's files at any time.
Who owns what
Your words, your photos and your domain are yours. If you already own a domain, it stays with your own domain company, and you point it at your site.
