Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, if the site we deliver is unusable and we are unable to fix it after three fix attempts.

Personalize It — $499

Full refund any time before we start generating your site from your answers. Once generation has started, the policy is fix-first: we will work with you to fix a problem with the delivered files rather than refund.

No charge, so no refund applies.

Yearly hosting

Refundable within 14 days of your first hosting purchase, minus the cost of any domain registration made on your behalf during that period, since domain registrations are non-refundable to us once made. Renewal payments (year two onward) are not covered by this 14-day window and have no refund window.

Domain registration

Domain registration costs are non-refundable once the registration is made, because we pay the registrar immediately and cannot recover that cost.
