No. These packages represent early design and planning work, separate from each home’s construction range.
What happens at checkout?
You can review the selected package and an order summary. Contact and payment fields do not accept input, and nothing is booked or charged.
Can I start without a plot?
Home Direction and Home Planning let you begin with priorities, layouts and budget thinking. A real site-led study would need reliable information about your land.
Does a package include approval or construction drawings?
No. These scopes cover early design work only. Permit applications, engineering, detailed technical documentation and construction would require separately agreed professional services.
