Classes · All levels welcome

Come as you are. We’ll start there.

You don’t need to be flexible, fit or calm to begin. Every class here is small and gentle enough to follow. Read a little about each one, then pick whichever feels right.

01 · Gentle movement

Slow flow

Simple movements, linked one to the next, at the pace of an easy breath.

You’ll stand, stretch, fold and sit, moving gently from one shape to another. Nothing is rushed. Your teacher shows each step and offers an easier version, so you can always keep up.

Feels like
Warm, steady and unhurried.
Good for
Easing a stiff body and clearing a busy head.

Start here ifYou’d like to move, but gently. A lovely first class.

02 · Deep rest

Restorative

Our slowest class. Mostly, you rest.

You’ll settle into a few comfortable shapes, lying or sitting, held up by blocks and soft supports. You stay in each one for a while and let your body go heavy. There’s very little to remember, and nothing to push.

Feels like
Quiet and soft. Like a long exhale.
Good for
Stress, tiredness and a mind that won’t switch off.

Start here ifYou feel worn out, or you’re worried about keeping up.

03 · Warm room

Hot yoga

Movement in a heated room. Warm, steady and a little more effort.

The room is kept warm, which many people find helps them feel looser. You’ll move through a series of steady shapes, and you’ll probably sweat. You can pause, sip water or lie down whenever you need to. No one minds.

Bring

  • Water
  • A towel
  • Clothes you’re happy to sweat in

Start here ifYou’ve enjoyed a gentle class or two and would like some warmth. Brand new? You’re still welcome. Just take it slowly.

04 · Sitting still

Meditation

A quiet stretch of time to sit and let the day settle.

Your teacher guides you with a calm voice. You’ll notice your breath, rest your attention, and gently come back when your mind wanders. It will wander. That’s normal. Sit on the floor, on a cushion, or however feels comfortable.

Start here ifYour mind feels busier than your body. No movement needed.

If you’re new, this is the easiest way in. Beginner classes run every day, so you can start whenever life allows. They go slowly, explain each step, and never assume you’ve done this before.
