Wear something soft
Clothes you can move and breathe in. Nothing special or new. What you would relax at home in is just right.
01 · Pricing
Come to class as often as you like for seven days, at no cost. See how it feels, meet your teachers, and decide later. There is nothing to sign up for today but a first class.
02 · Drop in
$
per class
Pay for a single class at a time. It is a good fit for full, busy weeks that are hard to plan, or for when you just want to come back now and then.
03 · Unlimited
For when yoga becomes a quiet part of your week. One simple monthly price, and every class on the schedule is open to you, early morning or after work.
A gentle bit of maths: if you come more than six times a month, unlimited costs less than dropping in.

A little water for after class. If you are trying hot yoga, a towel and some extra water will help.
Give yourself time to settle in and find a spot. Let your teacher know it is your first class. They will look out for you.
No class has more than 14 people. Your teacher can see you, and you will never feel lost at the back of a crowd.
