03 · Shipping and roast schedule
Same rhythm every week, so you always know how fresh your beans are.
Monday
Beans come out of the roaster and into the cooling tray. Each bag gets the roast date and the farm printed on it.
Tuesday
Your order leaves Park City the very next day. No weeks on a store shelf, so the coffee never goes old or flat.
Then it's your turn. Check the date, and brew.

Subscribe and a fresh bag arrives on your schedule. Skip a delivery or stop anytime. No hoops.
