The counter, first thing in the morning
01 — Brigham City · Open since 2016
Our sourdough rises for 36 hours. Everything is made by hand and baked the same morning. Come early. The good stuff goes fast.
02 — Today's shelf
Our bread goes fast, and we know you don't want to miss it. So every day at noon, we post what is still on the shelf. Take a peek, then come get your loaf.
Doors open. Everything on the shelf was baked by hand that morning.
We post what is left. Check before you head over, so you know what's waiting.
Sold out, most days. We close when the bread is gone. Come early if you can.
03 — Why our bread
No shortcuts and no day-old loaves. Just three simple things we do every single morning, before you walk in.
36hours
Our sourdough rises for 36 hours before it goes in the oven. That's where the flavor comes from. You can taste the patience.
Same morning
Everything on the shelf is baked the same morning. When the doors open at 6, it's fresh from the oven.
By hand
Every loaf and every croissant is mixed, shaped and rolled by hand. It takes longer. It's worth it.
04 — Pastry & coffee
Our croissants are rolled by hand and baked before we open the door. Flaky outside, soft and buttery inside. Grab one with your morning coffee, or bring a bag home for the kids. Just come early. They don't last long.
